During the 2026 Scenic City Express National Convention in Chattanooga, the NMRA Board approved the youngest certificate to be earned to get you closer to become an MMR: Master Builder Modular Railroading.
The purpose of the Modular Railroading Achievement Program (AP) Certificate is to recognize individual model railroaders who demonstrate integrated excellence in the design, construction, operation, and public exhibition of modular model railroad sections (modules).
