DCC Working Group Completed Topics

A discussion topic becomes "completed" when a conclusion to the discussion has been reached. This might be the adoption of a revised Standard or Recommended Practice, or a decision to cease work on the topic. The NMRA DCC Working Group maintains them in this list of completed topics so that historical information is still available if the topic is later revived.
