During November 2004, the Working Group adopted a new set of procedures. These were described in a draft Technical Note (TN-2004-1).
As part of adopting them, the topic editor (Peter Ely) wrote a summary of the comments received and the response to them.
These two documents were then forwarded to the Chair of the Technical Department, who approved them with minor changes. The final version is available here.
The revised procedures are currently in use. We expect to revisit them at the end of 2005.
