NMRA News and Notices
This portion of the NMRA Web Site is divided into sections much like a newspaper.
One section is the actual News and Notices Section were you can find the latest news from the National level of the NMRA. The information posted on this page will provide our membership the capability of finding out what is, or is not, happening within the NMRA and will cover many topics as they arise. The purpose is to get this information to our members in the most timely possible way. We ask our members who can access these pages to pass on the information to our members who can not. Thank you!
The next section is a Volunteer Want Ad Section . The NMRA has a paid professional staff of about twelve people. The remainder of the work, and there is a lot of it, is accomplished by volunteers. Since volunteers are always needed at every level of the NMRA, we felt we might have greater results finding volunteers if we could tell you the types of positions where volunteers are needed. Members, please look these positions over and if you find an area you are interested in, volunteer. It is the volunteers that make our Association work!
Our newest section is President's Car. This section contains the columns written by NMRA President Mike Brestel for Scale Rails, the NMRA magazine. These articles will be left online for one year.
