The NMRA Administration Department Customer Service Associate will be happy to answer any questions regarding replacement Membership Cards, Missing Issues of the NMRA Bulletin, and other Membership Database related questions.

Unfortunately, we are not trained to handle questions about modeling, prototype railroads, where to find books, companies that are online or other general questions about the hobby of model railroading. Please direct any railroad history or modeling research questions to the NMRA Kalmbach Memorial Library using the Library Request Form.
