This is an abbreviated version of the NMRC cancellation and refund policy.
a. All refund requests must be received in writing by the NMRA Convention Registrar (US Mail, Courier services, or faxes are acceptable) by the cutoff dates specified to qualify for that rate.
b. A full refund of the registration fee, less a $20 administrative fee per registrant, is due for requests received before May 1 of the convention year.
c. A full refund of the registration fee, less 25%, is due for requests received between May 1 and seven days prior to the convention.
d. A full refund of the registration fee, less 50%, is due for requests received after seven days prior to the convention.
e. No refunds of the registration fee will be provided after the opening of the convention.
For registration packages with included events, tours and merchandise, the above policy will apply for the registration portion of the package only. Refund policies for tours, merchandise and food events would govern the remaining refund for the combination registration package.
